had a 30 minute ride today, was pretty hard for the first 20 minutes because of sore legs but then it became easy to pedal for the rest of the time

Did a 25 minute fast ride today and it almost ruined me. Had the wind trainer on the highest resistance and had my bike on the 21st gear

Great first ride on the wind trainer, doing 35 minutes was surprisingly easier than i thought it would be. Next time i'll try for 45 minutes

I managed to push the 45 minute mark today, the first 40 minutes were fine but the last 5 minutes were a bit of a struggle
